College timing of Aditya College of Engineering and Technology is from 9.20 am to 4.20 pm. Students are not allowed to enter the campus after 9.15 am and are not allowed to leave the campus before 4.20 pm. During academic hours, visitors are absolutely prohibited from meeting with students.

Reposing confidence on the standards of Education set-in by Aditya, it is a pleasure to note that you have admitted your ward in the choicest course. It is a known fact to the parents as well as students that Aditya gives equal prominence for instruction as well as discipline.

Every student should strictly follow the DRESS CODE, while attending the college. Students are expected to come to the class with the UNIFORM and BLACK SHOE.

As per norms a student has to attend the class with IN SHIRT. Unless the shirt is long enough in length it is difficult to tuck in. Influenced with the modern civilization, if student opts for A SHIRT with a short length, the shirt comes out within a short time.

To follow the rules strictly, parents is advised to arrange for stitching of LONG SHIRT only. In case if dress code is not followed student will not be permitted to attend the class. Aditya always insists the students to follow DRESS CODE.

Separate dress code should be followed in the LAB/WORKSHOP – Dark Blue over coat with leather shoes for both boys and girls.

Inside the campus as well as in the bus, all students should wear their Identity Card.

Every student will be assigned to a faculty mentor who will advise him or her on academic and extracurricular matters. Students are encouraged to discuss their academic needs with their mentors.

Every semester, two mid exams will be undertaken, with the findings being conveyed to parents through SMS and phone. Parents are encouraged to monitor their children's academic progress and to consult with the student’s mentor. For those students who do not score well in the internal evaluation examinations, special coaching classes will be held on a regular basis.

Boys and girls should not wear gold ornaments that are too expensive. If any gold ornaments or valuable things are missing, the Institution will not be held liable.

Usage of cell phones inside the campus is prohibited. According to management rules, students who are in possession of cell phones will face severe consequences.

Students must provide their inter/diploma, SSC, TC, and Community Certificate in their original form.

For the convenience of the students, the management is operating buses around 70 kms radius. Students can board the bus at the bus stop closest to them. At 4.30 pm., all buses will depart from the campus.

The Student and Parents for Day Scholars/Warden for Hostellers must sign the leave letter that was filed the day before. (OR) In the event of an unavoidable circumstance, a leave letter signed by both parents can be presented on the same day.

The student should get prior permission for his/her leave with their parent’s or guardian’s concern.

Parents should meet the respective class in-charge in person to request leave for a family function or medical reasons.

The student is solely responsible for ensuring that he or she has achieved the requisite minimum percentage of attendance (75%). For students to take the examination, the University requires a minimum of 75% attendance over the period of teaching. The College anticipates a substantially higher rate of attendance than the University's minimum requirement of 75%. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to inquire about their children's attendance scores from the appropriate department on a regular basis. Condescension and a lack of attendance are not acceptable.

Requisition letter for leave, medical certificate and permission for academic and hostel matters should be addressed to THE PRINCIPAL.

Students should not participate in ragging or any other action that contributes to ragging with Senior or Junior students, either directly or indirectly, on or off campus.

Inside the campus, smoking and other forms of tobacco consumption are strictly prohibited.
