The institution runs over 35 buses which covers every nook and corners of East Godavari and suburbs. The fleet of buses covers an average radius of 50 km from the institute, connecting all major cities and rural areas. Since its inception, the transport committee has been committed to ensure convenience and safety in travelling for students and faculty. The committee is dedicated to monitor the routes, timings and ensure discipline among the students inside the buses. The team of drivers are highly experienced and regularly trained by higher officials which keeps them in par with the required traffic rules and regulations.

1. To provide transport facility to the staff and students.
2. Ensure the course of travel by authorized persons only in the prescribed buses.
3. Be responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles.
4. Maintain pick up and drop schedule with time table of all the vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition at all times.
5. Continuous and strict garaging and/ or securing of vehicles that are affected.

1. To establish the college routes concentrating on student’s service.
2. Ensure to track the routes of the buses to assure in-time reach to the destination.
3. To check the safety standards of the fleet of buses and ensure maintenance of vehicle in good running condition at regular intervals of time.
4. Conduction of training programs and safety programs for the bus staff.
5. Implement environmental laws, procedures and processes.
6. Review and arrange transport facility for students and staff on any educational tour, sports meet and social service activities etc.
7. Ensure to inform the parents any, if there is route change, schedule change or timing change of the bus trip.
8. Appointment of student member to monitor the behavior of fellow students in buses.
9. Ensure to regulate the speed of the buses within the limits, giving priority to safe driving.
10. Ensure that the drivers allow the students to travel only if they have valid transportation pass issued by the college.
11. Ensure that the drivers wear only the prescribed uniform during their duty hours.
12. Ensure that the driver conduct of behavior with the students is polite.
13. Periodically checking the validity and expiration of documents of the transportation services used by the Institute.
14. Direct the drivers to cooperate with State Transport Department officials whenever they are asked for and they should present all the requisite permissions / approvals / licenses, etc.
